Across the road is some space to park. At the put in. The Boston Kayaker just launched on Long Sought-For Pond in Westford. Veered to my right, will circle this pond counter-clockwise. Skies will be gray the whole trip. Stretches of green space. Ducks. Following the shore on my right. Nice water-front house on the southeast cove of Long Sought-For Pond. Looking to my left, the rest of Long Sought-For Pond. A guy fishing from his boat. Summer Village Condo. Continuing north-west wards. More houses of the Summer Village. Floating party on Long Sought-For Pond. A couple of kayakers on Long Sought-For Pond. The resident swan of Long Sought-for Pond. The Summer Village Condo beach. This party is on more solid grounds. Pontoon boat. Now approaching the take out at the south end. On right is the southwest cove of Long Sought-for Pond. Landed. Paddle time is 40 minutes.
