Kayaking on Belgrade Stream - from Mount Vernon ME to Belgrade ME Rating: Three Stars - Very pleasant paddling we have here the 6 miles of Belgrade Streem paddle from Mount Vernon to Belgrade in Maine. Route is mostly shallow and aquatic vegetation lurks beneath. Very scenic and most stretches wild undeveloped. We found a group of turtles having a team meeting on a log iin the middle of the Belgrade Stream. Our paddle time was 2 hours 14 minutes.   Put in at Bartlett Road   in Mount Vernon ME. Take out at Hayden Park on   Augusta Rd in Belgrade ME.
