Kayaking on Hopedale Pond and Mill River - in Hopedale MA

Rating: One Star - Although I paddled end of July when the northern half is covered with water lilies, I still had pleasant paddle trip in this pond. Except near the put in, the shores are all undeveloped, and the shape of the pond makes it look bigger as you can not see the whole pond from anywhere. I paddled past the footbridge but not much more. Suggest paddle earlier in May/June.
