The Restigouche forms as the boundary between the Canadian provinces Quebec (left bank) and New Brunswick (right bank). Since these 2 provinces are in 2 different time zones, if it is 1pm on the left bank (Quebec in Eastern Time Zone), it must be 2pm on the right bank (New Brunswick in Atlantic Time Zone).

Take out at Rue des Saumons
  in Matapédia QC.
