The steps are very steep. Now at the entrance to the Shaw Cove take out at Knox Mount Road in Sanborton NH. Knox Mountain Road, which is unpaved, is gated. At the takeout access area on Know Mountain Road in Sanborton NH. The take out is on a cove off the river.
