The Boston Kayaker launching on Jordan Pond in Seal Harbor ME.
Trip done July 2024.
The Boston Kayaker just launched on Jordan Pond with my best Saco.
The Boston Kayaker's wife and Sebec.
We paddled to the right and will circle Jordan Pond counter-clockwise.
Very clear waters . . .
Of the two peaks at the center of the photo, the left one is "Bubble Rock".
Will be following the coastline and hiking trail on our right.
We are hugging the shoreline and can listed to the conversations of the hikers.
We are now paddling towards the northern end of Jordan Pond.
The walking trail includes a footbridge.
Once we rounded the northern end and paddling south, strong headwinds on our faces.
I can now see the small beach where we came from . . .
Cutting off the southern corner and heading straight to the take out.
