Kayaking on Delaware Water Gap - from Bushkill PA to East Stroudsburg PA Rating: Three Stars - The river flows fast and past beautiful mountainous scenery. New Jersey is on the left bank (east) and Pennsylvania on river right (west). The Walpack Bend is something to remember. We took a break on the New Jersey side. Whole trip was 3+ hours including break. I will do the upper secions of this river in the future.   Put in at Federal Road /   Route 209 in Bushkill PA. Take out at Smithfield Beach on River Road   / Route 2028 in East Stroudsburg PA. Taking a breat at the Poxono launch at the New Jersey side. We continued the last stretch to Smithfield Beach PA. At the Smithfield Beach ramp. Took us less than 3 hours including one stop at Poxono.
