Kayaking on Cathance River - from Topsham ME to Bowdoinham ME


Rating: Two-and-a-Half Stars - We started our paddle about 3 hours+ after hight-tide in Bowdoinham. Still allowed us to paddle the trip while the tide is receding. This route has marshes, tree-lined and undeveloped along the full-length. Paddle time was 1 hour and 42 minutes.

Take out at town landing after Route 24
  bridge in Bowdoinham ME.

  = 5 miles
  Best to start trip at high tide
  or soon after.
