Kayaking on Attean Pond - in Jackman ME


Rating: Two-and-a-Half Stars - This pond is big enough to take a day paddling around. We paddled on the eastern part where there are islands and a group of very pretty rock outcroppings.

  Put in at boat ramp at end of Attean Road
  in Jackman ME.
Paddle south along the
  eastern coast and return.
Estimated round trip
  distance = 5 to 6 miles
